Delivery information
Postage and packaging costs are shown as an additional amount when you place your order. Following receipt of payment, your products will be dispatched. We can send the gift box to
you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request. Please call us for information on delivery overseas. Your gift box will be sent in plain packaging.
The following delivery options are available:
- Standard Post (3-5 day): £3.99 per item
This service is provided by Royal Mail. It does not offer any track and traceability so we kindly request that you please inform us if you have not received your delivery within 5 working days.
- Courier service (48 hour): £5.99 per order
This service is provided by Parcelforce. Please ensure the delivery address you specify is one where you will be available throughout the day to sign for the goods. This service does carry full track and
traceability so delivery will be attempted at least twice; if there is no-one available to receive the delivery then a contact card will be left and the package will be available for collection from the nearest post
office. If it is not collected within the indicated time frame, the post office will return the goods to us. If this occurs, please contact us to request a new delivery.
- Courier service (next day): £7.49 per order
Conditions for next day delivery: The order has to be placed before midday and on a week day (except bank holidays). If an order is placed after midday it will be despatched the following next day. If an order
is placed during a weekend or on a bank holiday, it will be despatched on the next working day.
