The information provided by Vivaboxes on each gift box is correct at the time of print. However, the content of boxes may change slightly during the year. Details of each gift box are available on our website or by calling us on 020 7190 0453.

The images used in all promotional literature to illustrate gift boxes, are used as an indication only, and may change slightly during the year.

The sale of certain gift boxes which contain alcohol, are restricted to those persons over the legal age of 18 years. If we are unsure, Vivaboxes reserves the right to request identification before processing the order.

Where you have a special promotional code entitling you to a discount, enter this code when you place your order, and the discount will automatically be deducted from the balance.

All Gift Boxes contain a voucher which can then be redeemed through one of our partners. All vouchers must be used within the specified timeframe, are non-refundable and only the original copy of the voucher will be accepted. Vivaboxes will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud.

The voucher expiry date will be detailed on the voucher inside your gift box and will be a minimum of three months from date of purchase. No extensions of voucher expiry date are allowed.

We are happy to make refunds on unused gift boxes bought direct from Vivaboxes within 14 days of purchase. The unopened gift pack must be returned to: Vivaboxes UK Ltd, 25 Floral Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 9DS and it must be in good condition.

Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the gift box, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the card has expired you will need to request a refund in writing, quoting details of a new card.

If the gift box has been purchased from a retail store, a refund can only be obtained by returning both the gift box and the unused voucher, in good condition, to the place of purchase together with the corresponding till receipt. These refunds will be subject to the store's own terms and conditions, a copy of which is available upon request.

Prices include VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of print, but we reserve the right to increase the price of any gift box without notice. You will be notified of any price increase before you place your order.

The text, illustrations and images used in all Vivaboxes promotional literature are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part without the express permission of Vivaboxes UK Ltd.

All the above terms and conditions apply as a condition of using any voucher, whether or not the voucher holder is the original purchaser. Vivaboxes reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without reference to customers. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
